Our free proposal allows us to give you a breakdown of the services and costs of those services that we believe are necessary to hit your goals.
We do hold the right to refuse service to anyone.
Results & Guarantees
We’re a very honest group of people. We strive to work hard and effectively to get you the results desired, but we do know that not every idea works for every business.
We, therefore, want to let you know that we can never guarantee any success and that by working with us, you agree and understand that there are no guarantees.
You understand and agree that you are are paying Luxe Legal as a service to generate results but that results are never guaranteed. It is understood and agreed to that Luxe Legal has no control over Google or other media platforms, and if they decide to make changes to their advertising platform.
No Refunds
You understand and agree that there are no refunds. Once payment has been made, you can never claim it back, neither full nor partial. This goes for both payments to Luxe Legal and the advertising platform being used.
Material
All material on this website is copyright of Luxe Legal unless otherwise specified. All of the materials we post on our blog or send out are meant as educational and informational material that we do not guarantee the success of, if being implemented.
Use of this website is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the usage of, or downloading of, information, files, content, material, or other communications through this website.
You may use the material we provide for personal use. You may not resell or redistribute this information or material without the express written consent of Luxe Legal.
Month to Month Agreement
Should we decide to work together, then you agree to pay your monthly payment on the date specified that payment is due. You also agree to finish the month in its entirety, even if payment for a new month has just begun.
We store your information such as name, phone number, and e-mail privately. Your payment information is stored in an encrypted version that cannot be used for anything else other than payment for Luxe Legal services and products.
Costs & Expenses
You, the client, are responsible for all expenses and costs that are incurred directly through the medium and channel for your advertising purposes.
The monthly payment you pay Luxe Legal is therefore not part of any other payment you pay other mediums (ie. Google AdWords). Our monthly fee is not part of the costs incurred by Google, Bing, Yahoo!, Facebook, or any other medium you choose to advertise with.
Hold Harmless & Indemnification
You, the client company, and its affiliates, officers, representatives, employees, agents, executors, administrators, successors or assigns (“Client Parties”), agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Luxe Legal and Luxe Legal’s present and future officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liabilities, penalties, fines, forfeitures, demands, claims, causes of action, suits, losses, damages, and costs and expenses incidental thereto (including, but not limited to, all costs of defense, settlement, reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation expenses incurred in a judicial or administrative action), which any or all of the Indemnified Parties may hereafter suffer, incur, be responsible for or payout as a result of any breach of any obligation by any of the Client Parties.
Including, without limitation, any breach of these Terms of Service, or as a result of any violation or alleged violation of statutes, ordinances, orders, rules or regulations of any governmental entity or agency, or any negligent or willful act or omission by any of the Client Parties.
